My name is Danilo Garcia, Ph.D. in Psychology with a specialization in personality, well-being, and work and organizational psychology. I am a Senior Lecturer and researcher, with international research collaborations.

 

My research is rooted in a biopsychosocial perspective, viewing humans as an integrated whole of body, mind, and psyche. I focus on how individual and organizational factors influence well-being and performance.
